"I left with raving reviews of this place. Then went to see an orthopedic doctor 3 days later for my daughter and they completely misdiagnosed her. They took X-rays and wrapped her up in a soft cast and splint saying her arm was broken. By the time the ortho saw her that Monday, she said her arm was just dislocated and had been like that for 3 days………. They also were rude to my husband giving side eye to him - they were nice and offered a popsicle to my daughter and my oldest to keep them happy while there. The office was clean- but lazy research- lazy doctors"

"Rarely do I post a review unless something really stands out, either positive or negative. In this case, it is NEGATIVE. I will NEVER visit or recommend anyone visit this Pediatric urgent care. We came here 2 weeks ago because my son is having a high fever, runny nose and productive cough. He only took water for 4 days.I was 30 minutes late because the school bus of my daughter arrived late on that day. My son is crying the whole TWO hours of waiting. I was asking them politely how many more minutes is the waiting period but they are no sympathy at all. There is also mosquitoes when we visit. They don’t even bother to check the throat of my son even if i insist.The urgent care next door is way better and all the staff is nicer and will treat you with sincere care."

"These people are HOTRIBLE! STAY AWAY!! I went there thinking its Childrens health which its not! I took my daughter for cough, shortness of breath, wheezing.. She couldnt sleep all night..and the nurse practitioner or PA she didnt wear a badge but she wore annoyance and arrogance all over..she didnt even spent a enough time to listen to her lungs.. Said its just allergy everyone is having. I asked for breathing treatment as my daughter had same episode b4 and nebulizer helped. But the lady denied to prescribe anything said she is fine just to continue use the inhaler she is already using.. As if she wanted to get rid of us..Today I took her to another cook children and guess what. My daughter has strep positive, another cold virus positive, wheezing positive and prescribed breathing treatment, antibiotic as well as steroid... Just wish this place would’ve cared and swabbed them for everything at least. Nurse or dr doesn’t matter they need to care more they chose that field unless it was for the money."

"We had to take our 2 year old daughter on a Friday night after our pediatrician had closed. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Everyone made us feel at ease and they were able to keep my daughter calm during her visit. I was very happy with our visit and would use them again if we needed a pediatric urgent care again in the future!"
