"Been here twice now! The staff are so kind! The facility is clean and they are of course good with my 1 year old! The NP was thorough answered all my questions and made me feel better about my situation. Definitely recommend!"

"We had the worst clinic visit experience ever they charged me 175$ for a doctor visit and we never saw the doctor. There was only nurses available to see the patients. My baby had coughing ear infections fever and he had a lot of pain. But the nurse wasn’t allowed to prescribe him a medication. We talked to the manager to see if it’s possible to refund our money so we can take my baby somewhere else to see a doctor. But she was so rude and disrespectful and never responded back the 175$ . And the didn’t put any signs or the never disclosed to anyone the there is no doctors there n their office it’s only nurses. I’m not recommending this place to take kids for treatment at all . We will take a legal action."

"The staff were absolutely incredible! Even though they were full they still allowed my son to walk in and get his broken finger looked at! They definitely went the extra mile for us and we are so very appreciative."

"I’ll start with once we were in the room waiting for the doctor to come in after the nurse had gathered all the information, we could hear everything the two of them were talking about at the nurses station. Not very professional when they’re speaking about your child and you can hear it. It was kind of rude, that I almost got up and walked out at that point. Who would want a people to diagnose your child when they are talking rudely and questionably before they even see you. All she had to do was come in and I could have explained everything without her questioning my parenting to the nurse who I had never meet before this visit. After the visit we left with zero answers, they didn’t even treat my son. He still had red itchy whelps of hives, I had to stop at the store to get him some Zyrtec for his hives. He wasn’t offered anything at the office, other than you’re going to be okay. We will never return to this location again. It’s very disappointing because my other 2 visits previous to this one were amazing. Update: After visiting with our primary pediatrician today. She told us that PM urgent care put in my son’s notes that he was given a steroid shot and prescribed a prescription. Which is not true! So now they are billing my insurance for medication my son never received from them."
