"I had a very bad experience with one of the doctors at Modera Dr.Blair T. The bedside manner was dismissive. I paid $250 (because I don’t currently have insurance) to see her and the bare minimum was done. She sat with me for barely 5 minutes and as I tried to discuss some concerns she said that since this is an annual visit there are time constraints and she can’t help me any further during this appointment. This was unprofessional, dismissing your patient after she’s paid an arm and leg to see you. I am expected to go see her again (pay another $230) and then discuss my concerns. The front staff was nice however they did not know how much to charge for a self pay visit. I am utterly disappointed and don’t recommend this establishment to anyone. Hopefully this doctor can do better next time because she swore an oath to take care of patients. I left feeling uncared for and was distressed. Ps. The MA Rocket was nice and perhaps the only upside to this disastrous appointment."

"I don’t know how this clinic even has over 4 start reviews. My husband just got diagnosed with Diabetes + more last Friday (bloodwork done during physical + other paid tests, awaiting results ) was called in on Monday because his labs were bad! For someone who has just found out their life has changed 360 degrees, the Dr did not to jack!!! Just saw him, took vitals, told him reduce your carb intake, take these medicines and see you again in 3 months! We are freaking out here!! Don’t know when to take what, what to expect? how and when should we check the blood glucose levels? What to do if it goes low? Dose modification? Combination? NOTHING!!! Are you kidding me!!??? We have other people give us all this information and everyone said this should have come from your Dr. even our other Dr friends are saying this. You leave a newly diagnosed young individual, hanging, stressed and literally risking the potential chance to put his diabetes in remission because you did not take the time/effort to explain things to your patients!???? I am sitting in my bed at 1.57am, while my husband is having night sweats, lethargy, weakness, while I am googling/ YouTubing for information which in the first place should have come from the Dr’s office. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC! You don’t value your patients!"

"New to Texas and I was looking for a new doctor. Dr. Thwaites is great and the staff is also friendly and helpful. Dr. Thwaites listened and was informative about my next steps and what I can do to get back on track. I look forward to my follow-up and getting my health on track."

"I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the doctor Blair T, took my mom for immigration exam and the immigration forms filled she makes a mistake and puts my mom speaks English and she does not, her citizenship gets rejected and I go back to the doctor to get the forms filled correctly they end up charging full price again even though it was her mistake. Also called and asked for my mom’s medical records they did not even call me back on it which means they refuse to give the medical records which you have the right to obtain. This place gets zero star from me and no recommendation"

"I love this practice - Modera Clinic. Both locations have awesome front desk assistants and professional doctors, physician assistants and medical assistants. I love, love my Physician Assistant - Ashley. She is in the Prosper location on Saturdays. She is truly a physician who cares about her patients and makes absolutely sure your medical needs are met before you leave the practice. I left the practice with a much-needed injection, prescription and the necessary doctor's referrals to complete my medical needs. 5 stars to an Amazing, Excellent physician who Cares and genuinely shows it. I will not forget the Amazing Leah the front desk specialist in Prosper. She is professional, pleasant, and detailed oriented. Leah makes sure every I is dotted and every T is crossed. She knows your name and greets you with a smile coming in the door and a great exit as you leave the practice. In closing - Modera Clinic 5 stars 2 locations - Prosper & Little Elm Worth your time and drive............"
