"Beautiful clothes. The ladies working in the store could not be ruder and less attentive. They do not care to help with sizing. One was on her phone the whole time while we were in the store and the other was dismissive and short. We were the only ones in the store and wanted to buy multiple outfits but instead left empty handed. I will never shop there again."

"Yesterday, my daughter and I stopped there. I wanted to buy something, but the two ladies working were distant and didn't engage. They were talking to us from a distance. New clientele is what’s going to push your business over the top. If you just focus on your regular customers, there will be times when they don't need to buy from you anymore. Their kids are aging or they already have most of your stuff. My suggestion is to "wow" new customers into buying and coming back. Invite them in instead of telling them to shop online. That sends the wrong message. Why do sales people act like they're better than the customer, and when the customer spends money, they make money?"
