"Terrible management. Called a month in advance to get an appointment to try on quince dresses for my daughter and was told it was a $50 fee. Although I was hesitant I agreed thinking it would be worth it since we’d have individual attention. When we arrived I was reminded of fee & payment was collected. My daughter tried on 3 dresses and was told that was it. The girl said that it’s a max of 3 dresses. I said excuse me? She said you can talk to the manager so I did and she said oh yes only 3. I said I paid $50 for 30 mins and 3 dresses? She said well that’s the max. I said I was never told that when I called nor when I arrived and paid. She said she was busy and forgot to tell me. I said that was ridiculous and unprofessional she asked well how many more are there? I said idk 2 but that’s not the point. She was clearly bothered and rudely said fine let her try those 2 on. The appt was ruined should have known better. Got ripped off. Would never go back!"

"They have great prices ranging from $199-325! The customer service was excellent if you go during the week when its not too busy! We went today at 12pm! We were able to try on multiple dresses with no waiting! My daughter saw alot of dresses she liked! They have lay a way and can order your dress from a catalog in it will arrive in 2 weeks! This was our first store for our prom shopping needs. It will also be our final stop! I recommend this store to anyone with a picky daughter like mines!"
