"Customer Service is everything and they do not have IT! No one greeted me, I was there for about 15-20 minutes and all the workers were behind the counter. I get to the counter it was like I was disturbing them. The young lady didn’t say “hi, how are you doing”, “did you find everything ok” none of that good customer service quality you would normally get in a boutique or clothing store. The young lady that was ringing me up mumbled the amount if I didn’t look at the register I wouldn’t know what to pay. At the same time she never stopped talking to the other girl behind the counter. I paid and she threw my item in the bag and pushed it over to me. I just stood there and “I” had to say “thank you” TWICE! She finally opened her mouth and that heffa had the nerve to say “you’re welcome” I said no ma’am you should have thanked me! Never again, poor people skills"
"Cute stuff and store was clean. No one greeted when we walked in. If you are plus size or have any curvys on your body I wouldn’t recommend this as a top 5 choice only because it seems like the cater to girl her a sticks or it could go on my nieces baby doll. If they end up catering to plus size and curvy girls I would give them another chance."
"I came in last weekend with a freind who recommended the store. I was very moved and happy with the girls who worked there, they were so kind and understanding. I had to drop my freind off and come back by myself and they were patient with me until the store closed. Those girls deserve a raise, thank you ladies!"
