"Worst experience ever I would give a zero star if I could I been held in the ob triage on the 3rd floor for 4 nights. They didn’t have a room to move me into. Doctors are not on the same page each dr. Tells me a different story. I was left without food even tho I order multiple times, I kept asking for a dr. or a nurse to come in, it takes them 2 hours for someone to come in to check on u. I’m so disappointed by university."

"I am a father who was here on the women’s center waiting for my daughter to be born and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had they do everything backwards. The food is horrible. They don’t feed me. What about me? I’m starving I’m the dad am I not the real dad is that why they’re not feeding me And they take forever to come in a lot of trouble with them trying to get them in my room just all in all was bad experience you ever have your baby there they are not father friendly they hate the fathers"

"The building is nice but right now it is more then 13 hours that we are still waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting even they won't tell you why the make you wait, we are in 3 flour in OB if it is important for any one to be exact"

"I had my baby here Friday afternoon, almost all the staff was fantastic and nice. The reason for 4 stars is 1. When I first came into the hospital I told them correct spelling of my name and DOB and somehow they had me under a different patients info , 2. The night doctor don’t remember her name, tall blonde hair, in the ER area kept telling me no rooms in L&D are available and no pain meds because I wanted an epidural, when the morning nurses came in they immediately gave me pain meds and asked how long I been in pain like that I told them 7 hours and then immediately sent me to L&D, Ashley was my L&D nurse and she never left my room due to minor complications. Then once in recovery all the nurses & techs were so sweet & friendly for some reason never got any meals delivered from the cafe but we ordered food from outside anyway. So it started off as a "i wish i went somewhere else" but ended being the best choice to deliver here"

"First time here. Went up to the 4th floor during a weekday afternoon. The waiting room wasn’t crowded like other ER’s I’ve been to. I waited 13 hours in the main UH ER years ago. Pushed a button on the wall and a nurse responded via intercom. They called my name in less than 5 minutes and asked my reason for visiting the gynecology ER. Went back out to waiting room and waited less than 30 mins before I had my vitals and blood taken. The doctors came in very quick after I was put into a room. The gynecologist was excellent and went above and beyond with tests. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I was so impressed with the level of care this ER provided to me. I would highly recommend University Hospital gynecology ER!"
