"Once again, Tom and his team saved the day! They fixed a massive fuel leak for me several months ago and went above and beyond to locate the parts and get me back on the road safely, so I had no hesitation in taking my 2019 Ram 2500 Diesel back to Big Dogg on Monday with a different issue. On a trip to the Grand Canyon with my family, the check engine light came on. I checked the errors codes at Autozone and decided the repair could wait until we got home from our trip. I called the Ram dealer to see if it would be covered under warranty, but they told me it probably wouldn't, and they couldn't even look it at for a week. I immediately drove to Big Dogg and Tom jumped right on it and had me fixed and on the road in about an hour. This level of customer service is unheard of in the auto world, and I can't say enough good things about Tom and his team. I had my truck towed to Tom and his team. Tom call or texted me with frequent updates about the status of my truck. He takes pride in the work that comes out of his shop. This is my trucks new home for getting anything done."
