"Everyone was super friendly. My check engine light came on and I went to have it read. Ordered the part on the spot. Only had one choice; I was charged for the part 71.99, freight 11.39 and then a service fee $5.00. Looked online to make sure this part was a good one and after reading multiple reviews determined the part would most likely fail within a month of installing it as most people had issues after a week. I went back in on the same day 11/1/23 and asked for a refund hours later and was told only the part could be refunded, no one mentioned ahead of time the freight and service charge were non refundable! This is crazy, I feel totally nickeled and dimed. The assistant manager was nice and refunded the part but didn't have the authority to refund anything else. Stay clear of freight charges if you shop here; and decide their part is trash. I'll be taking my business elsewhere because nice only gets ya so far. It hadn't even been 9 hours so more than likely, the part is still in the same spot it was in when I went in that morning before ordering it."
