Artpace San Antonio is a nonprofit residency program located at 445 North Main Avenue in San Antonio, Texas. As an art gallery and museum, we support Texas, national, and international artists in the creation of new art. Our institution recently received a $350,000 grant from the City of San Antonio and Bexar County for a rooftop renovation project. Twice a year, we invite a guest curator to choose three artists to live and create art in San Antonio for two months. We also host events such as Artpace Chalk It Up to engage with artists and curators from around the world.
