"I’ve lived here for the past two and half years no complaints. The manager Sarah will do everything to accommodate you. Requests won’t take longer than a day unless something needs to be ordered. The community of olmos park is a quiet and very older neighborhood so don’t expect the loud party type . If that’s what you’re looking for. I would say the only issue I had was with the after hour representative he was very rude and would never give his name when id ask for it. Other than that 10/10."

"My mom did have a good experience today Nov 8 2023 with one of the maintenance workers named James she said he did a good job was kinda and was respectful. But past experiences have been not so Good since it does take more than 3x through the portal and calling to get anyone to fix anything.and the maintenance workers were trying their best with what they had and could do. Hopefully they improved since they got more workers or new ones. they only had 2-3 workers for 5 properties ;hopefully they hired more so no property ends up with months /years with the same problem that has yet to be fixed"
