"I went to this “ER” when overnight I started having trouble walking. They did an MRI and CT scan which came back normal so they said they were sending me home. I asked if they were aware that I lived alone and couldn’t walk and they said they were but they didn’t know what to do with me. The staff sat behind the counter and waved goodbye to me instead of getting a wheelchair and helping me out! I went to a real hospital the next day who diagnosed my problem as GBS, an autoimmune disease that paralyzes and the sooner you get IVIG treatment, the better your outcome. So sorry I wasted my time and money at willow park!! Please don’t reply with your canned uncaring response! It is insulting."

"I had a terrible experience at their ER. The Dr and nurse were great but they charged me a tremendous amount of money (despite my insurance) for doing barely anything. They put me 2 IV fluid bags and some anti-nausea medication and they charged my insurance (BCBS) 4K from which I had to pay $1,600 at the moment (before they provided care!). Yesterday I received an additional bill of $80 from the doctor. I will never go back to this place and I'd strongly recommend you to look for other options. BTW, despite feeling terrible, I called before going there to make sure they were within network and they WERE so I can't image what they would have charged us if they weren't."

"I had a wonderful experience at this er. That is saying a lot because you go to er for problems . I was admitted as soon as my paperwork was complete. I have very bad anxiety and they helped me feel comfortable. I was treated with the upmost respect by everyone on staff. My nurses were very kind and knowledgeable. My doctor paid attention to my worries and took everything I had to say seriously. When it came to the test they ran he was very good at explaining everything, and answering any questions I had. I am very grateful. I have been to the er in weatherford and they completely missed my concussion. I will continue to go to this er and would tell everyone to visit them first. Thank you all so much! We appreciate your hard work and dedication!"
