Taco Casa

"Ordered Super Nachos and some other food in the drive-thru. Got the bag of food and asked politely if everything was in the bag. She seemed annoyed and yes. Drove 9 miles home to find there was no chips and no cheese. Hard to eat nachos without chips and cheese. Drove back to Taco Casa and explained whst food was missing. Had to explain it to two people. They seemed annoyed that I had a problem. They gave me a container of chips and cheese and considered it done. Drove back home and we ate the cold food."

"This one particularly in Willow Park off of I-20. I know the owner that owns several Taco Casa stores. Everyone has flaws and there's always an opinion but they don't fail here. The tea is always fresh mind you. Extremely clean as it should be and for what it is the food is great."

"This Taco Casa used to be one of my favorite places to eat. But, the prices have increased by 2/3's percent. If the super burrito had of been as full as it used to be, then it might have been ok. The burrito only had 2 black olive pieces and 1 piece of tomato. It was more like the size of a bean burrito."

"A cheese lover's dream. They pile on finely grated cheese. Which makes for an excellent Chilada(beef and bean burrito, topped with red sauce, shredded cheese and sliced ripe olives."

"It’s a shame that such good food is tainted by the poor service of the meth-speed talking redneck who sounds like she’s mumbling through a Styrofoam cup while taking your order and then when you ask her to repeat it, she speaks in slow motion to portray you as being the one who is remedial. Maybe she’s better suited in the back somewhere far away from customers."
