"They did get my order wrong but when I went back the next day to get it replaced they were super nice about it and very apologetic. The place was very clean, the bathroom was clean, food was good and had good customer service."

"This is the third time this has happened. Multiple items we paid for were not given to us. This visit it was 3 cookies, the fruit snacks, and the jalapeño ranch that never made it into our bags. It’s not my job to check the bag everytime I order food. The place takes forever to get you your food the least they can do is do their jobs correctly. They even specifically told me the spicy ketchup and jalapenos ranch is in the bag. That’s why I didn’t double check."

"Good: 1. The first worker I dealt with was kind second seemed more focused on trying to pull the drive through out of the slump they got in Bad: 1. Time it took for drive through 2. Confusion at window due to lack of workers at window 3. Food wasn’t that great as well as forgot items and drinks wasn’t great We showed up before our last Christmas events planning on getting food and getting out quick. Pulled in the second opening and ordered food and was told it was $12 even and to pull up behind the other cars in line 1 so we did. It took awhile to get to the window it wasn’t extremely busy at the drive through so it was a longer than normal wait for the amount of cars in line. Once we got to the window two cars came up on the right lane and they decided to move both cars in front of me in our lane and one had to parallel park to fit between the first car and I. I was getting frustrated since only one guy was running the window register and taking food out. They had no help for him, plus they were putting people that were at the back of the line in front of us. The guy at the window dealt with the two in front of me, then asked me what my order was and when I told him he got confused and couldn’t find the order. I handed him the money and then he tried handing it back in confusion. I was patient with him since it wasn’t his fault, I told him several times what the order is and what my name was and the amount they told me he then put my order in again and I paid. Once I got my drink it was flat they then asked me to move forward so I did. Once I sat there for a while I decided they must have given my order to the cars that cut in line since he said it looked like the order had been payed for and picked up. My girlfriend got frustrated since we had been in line for 30 minutes and went inside to get a Dr Pepper that wasn’t flat. I sat in line as the next four people behind me passed me up leaving the drive through. A different guy took over the drive through and brought my food out to me handed it to me and walked off with no words said. When I pulled around to pick up my girlfriend from the front door she hopped in saying she changed it for root beer since the Dr Pepper was still flat the second refill. Once we got into the food the hamburger was good the fries were barely warm and they didn’t give me any ketchup which I had repeatedly asked for at the window and at the drive through order screen. One of the worst experiences I have had at this whataburger. The whole experience at the drive through lasted 40 minutes or more making us late for the Christmas event that we had planned."

"UPDATE: Rating taken down to 1 star because I have ordered a honey bbq chicken strip sandwich several times, and subbed the BBQ sauce for buffalo only to have nothing on it. I get it, you hate that people found a work around to order the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich when it's not on the menu. It's still an option to sub sauces so just put the buffalo sauce on the sandwich. From now on I'll be checking the sandwich at the curb so if you think this stopped me from ordering the sandwich, you just made it worse. ORIGINAL Ordered curbside and we arrived a few minutes past the time the app said it would be ready. It was around lunchtime so I did not expect it to be ready right away, but we waited for 30 minutes and no one came out to let us know what was going on or anything. My wife finally went inside and they had the food on the counter just sitting there. Once we got home my wife said her burger was wrong as well."
