"I recently tried Chick-fil-A's new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich and was a little disappointed. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the honey and pepper flavors were good, but I was expecting more pimento cheese. There was just a small amount of it on the sandwich, and it was mostly hidden under the chicken. The waffle fries were good, as always, and the nuggets were also a good choice. However, overall I was a little underwhelmed by the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich. I would recommend it to people who like the flavors of honey, pepper, and pimento cheese, but I would say it's not the best chicken sandwich on Chick-fil-A's menu. I also felt that it was unprofessional for the manager to be sitting two booths away having a disciplinary conversation with an employee while I was eating lunch. That should have been done in private. Here are some suggestions for how Chick-fil-A could improve the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich: Add more pimento cheese to the sandwich. Offer a smaller size option for people who don't want a whole sandwich. Make the sandwich more visually appealing. Overall, I think the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich has potential, but it needs some improvements to be a truly great sandwich"

"Always a good experience when I bring my family of 6 here. The last few times we have came the amount of fries you get are disappointing. I attached a pic this time around. I will continue to come here with my family. The parent standing behind me currently just got food from here also for the student parent lunch at the school. He pulled the fries out and it was the same. Just wanted you to be aware of this. If it is happening to us then it is probably happening to others. Thank you."

"Well......for years, we have been going to this Chick-fil-A for the nuggets & fries for my now 15 year old grandson. Just about an hour ago, we stopped and got his his usual....12 ct nuggets, lg fries, an additional lg friesd and lg Sprite. We only live about 10 minutes, max, away so food is still pretty warm. Let me say that my grandson, like MOST 15 year old boys, will eat just about anything. I have not checked the food in a few years because they are ALWAYS accurate but today, I wish I had checked. He came into my office and asked it I got him a lg and a small fries....because the 2nd order look like a small fry(see photo). I responded and he left to go eat. I hear an OMG scream.....and he came running back in my office and said that the nuggets were gross and tasted "weird". I took a bite of one and OMG.....tasted burnt and ......not sure what the tase was but it did not taste like the nuggets usually taste. I understand that they are busy but they are ALWAYS busy and again, of the years that we have been coming here, never had anything like this. He wouldn't even eat, so I had to go to Wendy's, which is closer, to get him food. Not sure when of if, he will want to eat there again. That was $15 wasted."
