"Visited at 445pm on a Friday and received the best customer service I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. Better service than most sit down restaurants. The food was super fresh and well made. This location puts neighboring Arby's location to shame. Keep it up guys!"

"Never had any problems until today went through the drive up to pick up an order I placed online, the older lady was so rude when I pulled up, I told her I was here to pick up my order she told me in a rude tone that I would have to come inside and pick up my online order we don’t do that here , I didn’t have a problem going inside but there was no one be-hide me or in front of me so I when inside she looked at me in discussed that I placed an order because she had to work and she pointed at the food on the online table say there’s you food is right there. She might be going through something but you don’t treat your customers with disrespect the way she made me feel today worst customers service experience ever."
"I’ve never been so disrespected. It’s 10:15am and I’ve just arrived from flying 24+hrs across the world. I’m tired and just want to get food and rest. I’m in the drive thru and nobody is answering. I pull around to the front and see employees inside. I then proceed to go back to the drive thru (big mistake). They finally answer with, “I see you sir, what can I do for you?” Very odd. I order and pull to the front. After 15 mins of waiting, they just handed me the food with a straight face, saying nothing. I asked, what is your names please? The female nodded and said, “nope I don’t give out my personal information.” I responded that I didn’t want their last names just first. She responded, “sorry sweetie I don’t give out that.” She failed to tell me who the supervisor was as well. This place is a joke and I will NEVER go back. Good luck here I hope your experience is/was better than mine."
"This woman was so rude to me, not sure if she was even a manager bu t she refused to give me more than 4 packets of Arby's sauce with my order. I had gone through the drive thru and just ran back inside when I noticed they had only given me three packets for two double sized roast beef sandwiches. Very rude woman. I will not return. I mean who refuses to give out the signature sauce to a paid customer, I don't get it."
