"I'm writing on behalf of my teenage kids. They like it. I don't. I don't like the food, the atmosphere of a busy train station, or the prices. But kids regularly ask me to get from Wingstop."

"Ordering is horrible. If you get someone on the phone, you are lucky. Try to order online and you get a very long wait time to deliver or a notice that online ordering is on hold, call in. So today I called in. Got all the way to end of order, clearly saying 'Delivery' multiple times, just for them to never ask for my address, so I asked her to confirm - oh we only are doing pick up today. So let me get this right - no delivery, pick up only, really bad order experience, but still ok with all of that to charge premium. It's a really bad model and I'll stop ordering moving forward."

"I ordered off of the app as a delivery VS carryout. I ordered 2 flavors of (20) bone-in wings: Garlic Parmesan and Mild. There wasn't enough sauce for both, the wings weren't even hot/fresh, and overcooked. The honey mustard sauce that came with it wasn't even cold. The mild wings were super oily. I literally threw a butter/parm sauce together to toss my wings in and luckily had some buffalo sauce as well to save them. The only positive thing was that the delivery was on time, even earlier than estimated. It was disappointing as this was my first time ordering from this location. I hope there's improvement at this establishment."

"I ordered takeout and thought I received the wrong order, but I did not. Even though I ordered wrong, the young man at the front was so kind and worked with me so that I got what I meant to order. He even gave us brownies and an extra sandwich. The customer service was outstanding and I appreciate his patience and kindness."

"We ordered again from this WingStop and this happened again. We received our food and we DID NOT GET 2 ORDERS OF VEGGIE STICKS. Also our whole order was stuffed into one bag and the large ranch that we paid for, due to it being crammed into the bag, half had spilled into the bottom of the bag. We also requested WELL DONE on both the chicken and fries....but it was not AGAIN. So we had to clean everything else before we could eat. Do bags actually cost that much...? I would rather get my food CORRECT and in good order, than to have it all stuffed into one bag. Use more bags, get more satisfied customers. MGMT: Please talk to your workers and express to them that dissatisfied customers will leave unfavorable reviews, which in turn will lose you customers. Just saying."
