"I placed an order online and I went to pick it up, not only that they refuse to give me my order in the drive-through, they were also very rude. I did not check my food because I mistakenly assumed that it would be good, but when I got home, it wasn’t even warm. And I don’t live far. This was surprising because I’ve never received actual cold food from Chick-fil-A. in addition, there was a hair on my sandwich. So I called and spoke to a manager who then kept interrupting me. They refused to remake my food or refund my money. I’ve never had such a HORRIBLE experience at chic fila. Will not be returning to the one on the loop!"

"Order on the app for convenience? Well, that doesn't let me add the *dressing I like on my sandwich. The you woman who was in the drive thru line, which the app ENCOURAGES the customer to use, was very nice, and asked if I wanted to add anything. I told her the pack of dressing, and she nodded and, presumably, obliged. They forgot it. They had a full staff on a busy night, and clearly the screen prompted them to add the packet to my order. I wouldn't have even ordered the food/paid for it had I known my sandwich would necessitate being choked down dry. The drive thru at this location is a wreck waiting to happen, and it's always slammed. What a nightmare. Next time, I'll go to Taco Bell, which was my other consideration this evening. The app offered a free sandwich if I took the survey. The first question was if I was satisfied with my experience. I selected "dissatisfied, and the survey "glitched" and booted me out. Forced the survey to start again, because now I'm VERY dissatisfied, and the survey allowed me to complete it, and THEN glitched again! No reward for taking the survey, and the feedback scratched. Absolutely criminal app. Garbage."
