"So I happened to stumble upon this boutique online and WOW ! I needed some boots fast for a special trip. Most places I looked at online couldn't deliver quick enough. I called Chanderlier Rose and talked to Olivia and asked her about the boots I was interested in. She was so VERY helpful and sweet. I explained I needed them right away and they shipped them out immediately and I received them in only a couple of days. I was shocked when I saw them by my door so soon,in a beautiful pink package! I couldn't wait to open them and when I did they did not disappoint. They are so beautiful! Thanks ya'll for helping and for all your effort. I will definitely be ordering from you again."

"This place is absolutely awesome. It is the perfect mix of small town country store meets modern glam. The gentleman and young lady who work there Make this an awesome shopping experience . They are so knowledgeable about the store They ask you just the correct amount of times if you need help and let you explore on your own . I don't think that I have been to a store in years that the employees have been so sweet ,kind and tolerant of small children in this type of store. I will be back over and over and have already told everybody. I know about this place."

"UPDATE: Despite their response, I’m still going to avoid business as they lied about a “pet odor” as the clothing was out of the bag to try on and then returned to the bag and my vehicle after. Therefore, no “pet odors” are present. It’s off putting that a business would lie rather than fix the issue. I have bought from this store a couple of times, and each time I never really had any issues, but last week I purchased some pants to try on at home because I was wearing scrubs and didn’t want to try them on with those on. I went to return/exchange them and was told they couldn’t accept my return due to some dog hair being on them (yes I have dogs, no I did not wear them longer than to try them on and they were black pants with a few hairs on them) and then was told that they don’t have the “equipment” to deal with that. I find it hard to believe a clothing store doesn’t have access to a lint roller? I’m not sure if it was just laziness or what but I’m beyond disappointed to be stuck with a $64 pair of pants that I won’t wear due to improper fit and the lack of good customer service."
