"I was inside and had a problem ordering at the kiosk so I went the register. I'm on my way to work so I'm watching my time. About ten minutes now an employee says to me" I'll be with you in a minute" I had to head to work so I left. Even if I had waited longer for her to take my order then what, another ten to fifteen minutes? I won't be stopping there again anytime soon."

"The morning employees are really disrespectful with the customers. I was in the middle of ordering when one of them suddenly just walked away with no word or nothing. Stood there while the employees just stared at me and didn’t get my order taken until minutes later. Haven’t had service like that ever."
"Like a lot of restaurants, McDonald's varies by the location. Some of the McDonald's have horrible attitudes from the employees, and some treat you like gold. This location has pretty good food I haven't run into an attitude yet, and other than the occasional screw up on the order is pretty decent"
"Went through the drive-through for a cup of ice and a 10 piece nugget. There was no line in the drive-through, barely any cars parked at the facility, and I still waited for a while in line for my two items. Only to get down the street and have ice cold food, and seven nuggets for two kids to share . Was given the number to GM, but ironically got a voicemail that never said a name and voice mailbox was full. We’ve given this McDonald’s plenty of chances when we drive through and have never had a good experience."
