Spent a few weeks learning and deciding. Every once in a while you run across a company that is just nailing it. An owner that is engaged and responsive, focused on quality and customer service. An experienced crew that works in competent unison. Resilience Heating and Cooling is that company. Their bid was not our lowest, but it did deliver the most value. The work was impeccable, extra care was taken in the details, everything was code -- but quality show in the details. Yusuan and crew took the extra time to seal two leaky plenums, to rerun the drain lines, to update the gas piping, dedicated the time it takes to teach us the new controls, even the work area was cleaner than when they got here, and shoe covers were used when they were in the house. The project happened at speed, we were cool by early afternoon. They respected our COVID distancing requests -- as we are protecting those we love -- thank you.
