"$110 for an oil change (5 quarts of oil) is absolutely insane. Oil and filter costs less $30. Sent my daughter there because usually jiffy lube is quick, easy, and affordable. I could’ve used a Groupon in Austin at tons of places for half that price. Just another business out here taking advantage of people by price gouging. Horrible!!!"
"I was advised my battery needed to be replaced - it doesn’t (I had it tested at two other places after - including the dealership). I was advised my air filter needed replacement - I had just done it six weeks prior and it’s still clean. I was quoted double what’s appropriate for shocks/struts. Good place for a fast (and expensive) oil change, but beware the upsells."
