"It's Ridiculous what They Done Recently with The Point System! Been shopping there awhile and had over 500 points accumulated and They decided to Take Them All Away expect 30 points. ( The Manager told me, It'll be okay.) It's Not OK. What a rip off! It's Totally Not Right! Not Only That, They've been hiking prices up, similar to store prices. We shop there because we can't afford store prices! Seems like you'd make it affordable since it is donated."
"09-04-2021 - the dirtiest I have seen this store - no disinfectant as you enter store to clean biggies with….BOTH BATHROOMS WERE WITHOUT TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS AND HAND SOAP - I brought that to the attention of the cashier - she went to the back - 30 minutes later the BATHROOMS WERE STILL WITHOUT HYGENE PRODUCTS NOR HAD THEY BEEN CLEANED - ARE WE IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC?!?!? POOR, POOR, POOR MANAGEMENT TO NOT ADDRESS THIS IMMEDIATELY!!!! This store covers up damaged places on items with their stickers - they should be required to disclose damage on items just like other retailers - nothing more frustrating than getting home and finding a chip under their store sticker!!! Shame on the Mgmt of this store for allowing these practices"
