"II am literally sitting in Purple Heart Pawn and Gun's parking lot after just leaving the store. I went in with a pair of very expensive binoculars, hoping to sell them. 2 gentlemen assisted me, I believe one was the owner. After carefully researching the item he made an offer and I declined, hoping I can get more selling to an individual. So I didn't do business with them, but I am writing this review to let the public know that I am extremely impressed with the customer service I was provided. These 2 gentlemen took time to research the item, gave me more information than I already knew about the item, and made suggestions on where I may be able to sell it for more money. I plan on doing any future pawn shop business at Purple Heart, and I suggest you give them a try. Ross"

"Horrible first impression. I called to get info on an ffl transfer and the lady was rushing me. She said “how can I help you” and I responded with “hello how are you” and she just tells me “how can I help you” once again. I haven’t even step foot nor even heard of this place but when I call to try and get service it was a horrible first impression. The lady was rushing and didn’t even sound like I was wanted."
