"I placed a small order on December 16 and chose for it to be delivered to the store. It was supposed to be delivered on the 20th, then the 21st, and it was finally delivered on the 22nd. When I called to see when it was going to be delivered, the person I talked to was rude. I’m aware that it’s a stressful time, but it was very unprofessional and irritating that my order was late. I don’t plan to do this type of order again with Penney’s."
"Long line at the checkout because of the holiday shopping but the layout of the store is the same as in other JCPenney stores i have been so i did not waste any time looking for any item. Extra store clerks were also available at other sections for any assistance that may be required by customers."
"Alesha that works in the retail was such a help in finding me my right shoe, i was in desperate need of a heel and there was only 1 pair of my size left and it was no where to be found, she took the time to go look and find it for me. She was absolutely the best! 10/10 for the whole staff."
