"People get a 5, but their system gets a 1. I went for the first time to Oak Forest Dental Group and when I went in the receptionist greeted me with a smile. I was the second person in and had filled out what they requested on their MyChart app at home early that morning. When I got there there was more I needed to fill out and it would have been more convenient to do at home. Note: I arrived at the clinic at 7:40 and had all completed by 7:53. I waited as 8:05 past, and finally at 8:09 someone came and got me to get an Xray. She then started talking about dental cleanings and I knew what I had walked into. I made it clear that I had lost a crown and was there to address that. When she had finished, she then had a conversation with another person who did not appear to be a dentist and that person convinced her I needed a panorama Xray. We then went to another room. By the time this was done I was curious as to who owned the clinic. It is a big corporation with minimally hundreds of locations. By the time the dentist came in, it had been nearly an hour. I understand what they are doing. They are set up to be an assembly line and it is not working. I have no idea how many patients the doctor has in the building at a time, but when I have to wait 10-15 minutes after anyone does anything, it is broken. I like the people and they were caring and competent based on what I saw. Dr. Garcia was great and Jasmine were great and the lady who did my Xrays was too. Note: I am an RN so I understand masks, but it is hard to understand them sometimes because of the masks. I needed a temporary crown and an impression for a new crown and it took 2 and a half hours. That is too long."

She was very empathetic about my dentist anxiety and explained everything she was doing before she did it and checked on me regularly. Best Dental Group in Houston, maybe ever!"

"I usually see Dr. Cradoc for my regular visits to the dentist office and I always have a great experience with his bedside manners and service. Today i came to see Dr. Dilawri because it was the first appointment available for a little emergency I had. I’m very glad she is the one providing services for me because she also has wonderful bedside manners. I really appreciated when she gently touched my arm assuring me everything was going to be okay. Also, her voice is very soothing and made me feel very comfortable when I was asking her questions. I’m still here waiting for my procedure to be finished. So far so good!"
