"Although the service was good, dentist very informative about the health of my teeth wtc., I'm disappointed at the fact that my insurance was "verified" when making my appointment, which means, for my bi-annual cleaning, there should have been no out of pocket costs according to my insurance. What they failed to tell me prior to performing all of the work, that my insurance was out of network, which incurred an out of pocket charge. I'm still trying to figure out how they determined how much I would pay out of pocket as I examine the recipts as it's not clear. Just a number circled. I will not return, since they are out of network, but I would encourage anyone to verify your insurance yourself with them. I did express my disappointment as I have never had to come out of pocket for regular check ups and cleanings in my history of having insurance. I actually paid over half of what someone would have paid without insurance for the "special"... I will find an in network provide moving forward."

"Greatly appreciate the level of cleanliness that the doctor and her staff keep their office. It helps me feel at ease entrusting my dental care to the team. I was quite relaxed and comfortable throughout my routine cleaning visit and look forward to my next one!"

"I been going here for a for about a year now. First, I would like to say that I don’t like how they constantly call me before my appt time to get me to come in earlier. I know what time my appt is! I went in last week and paid $450 OOP for some dental work. My teeth been bothering me to a point that I had to eat on one side of my mouth. I called them Friday because I knew they was closed for thanksgiving. The last tell me to go in today for them to “fix” it. I was literally in there 5 mins in the chair. She shaved my fillings real fast and gone tell me to come back if I have more problems after I clearly told her my teeth still don’t feel right. Had she done her job correctly the “FIRST” time I would not have to keep using my personal time to come fix something that I expected to be down “correctly” when I PAID FOR it! I’m a single mother I don’t have money to be wasting on dental work that’s NOT DONE CORRECTLY! I would never go back! They just completely disregarded my concern and my time!"

"*Edited* **With my fourth visit I specifically asked for Dr. Jennie and it was the best decision I made. You can find any dentist in town but you won’t find ones that cares deeply for their patient. What I really appreciated is that she took her time putting the numbing cream and injecting the numbing fluid so that it won’t be too painful. Despite being anxious due to my previous experience, Dr. Jennie’s words of encouragement had made me felt better. I highly recommend asking for her if you want a doctor that cares for your well being. *** The first time I came last year I got my cleaning done and I really felt comfortable because of how sweet and empathetic my doctor was. so when she recommended me to do my fillings with some of my teeth the same day and even tho I’m not really good with pain and needles, I got the courage because of how nice my doctor was. I came the second time again to do some cleaning and Dr. Jennie was doing my cleaning and I think she was the same doctor that helped me the first time. I still had a lot of fillings to be done but I was willing to do some of them because Dr. Jennie recommended them. Now on my third visit today was what ruined my experience here. I had a different Doctor today and it was terrible. At first she approached me kindly and we talked about the fillings that we were gonna do today. However, I didn’t expect that the pain would be so bad when they injected the numbing fluid at the front of my teeth so I groaned in pain loudly. What the doctor said to me during was what shocked me. She told me “ can you lower down because I have other patients in here”. I was in disbelief of how uncaring she was. I had visited this place before and hear some patients groan loudly but I doubt they were told to shut up. I cried because I felt embarrassed and even tho I was still in pain, I just kept it to myself while in tears. Even after she finished, she didn’t followed up with me or anything. She just continued to her next patient. The dentist assistant was the one who stayed with me and were very kind. Honestly, I wanted to find another dentist place but Dr. Jennie was so caring that I would just recommend asking for her instead."
