"Called this morning and spoke to "George," who scheduled me for an appointment at their HWY 6 location. I asked, specifically, if it was a holistic dentist. He said, "yes." I drove all the way over for an emergency appointment (severe tooth pain) for them to tell me, on location, upon my arrival, they weren't holistic."

"I’m done. I was careful to call and reschedule my appointment when I was sick a month ago. I arrived to find out that they have no record of my appointment and would have to wait another month to see someone. No one seemed to care that the person over the phone had failed to record my appointment or that I had shifted work around to come this morning. I had continued to come to this location even after I moved, but now I’ll be looking for another dentist."

"Seems like coding fraud. Went in for a cleaning and to redo a restoration. I was told i needed a deeper cleaning by the office manager. (even though I had done one the month before in my home country.) The dentist said i would only receive a normal cleaning and that the manager put in a code for infiltration and worded it to me as a "deeper cleaning" . I received no infiltration. Just a cleaning and restoration. Restoration left an open contact. Im getting food impaction. I paid for all. I called the office on the way home and said I never got the infiltration. No follow-up. I'm in dental school. I know how coding works. I paid before treatment. Now I'm getting letters saying I owe more money. So not only did they charge me for something l didn't receive, but now they are asking for more. Unethical practice. Looks like they are coding to max-out insurance limits."

"I paid for my wisdom teeth extraction in full out of my pocket and my bank statement shows it but yet they sent me a bill for $303! Avoid this place at all cost! I’m reporting them to the BBB and sending my recite and my bank statement and if they even think about putting it on my credit I’m suing for more then $303!"
