"If I could give them a negative star I would, but unfortunately I have to give them a one. Please read on to hear about my horrible experience with Mad designs. First of all we purchased our own shirts and delivered to Mad designs a month and a half prior to our event. We gave them a one week deadline prior to our event as we had to distribute the items to our employees. It took Mad designs approximately over two weeks to provide us with artwork . We were initially told that our T-shirt order would be done in house. Even after the final proof was approved, it gave mad designs a month to complete our order and deliver it to us. The week that the product was supposed to be delivered and ready mad designs would no longer answer our phone calls, answer inquiries through Facebook, or answer emails. Five days after when we were promised our product, because they would not answer our phone calls or emails, we traveled to Floresville to pick up our product, only to be told it wasn’t ready. After extended discussion with the person at the business, we were able to find out the name of the company that she had sent our product to instead of doing it herself. We verified with that company they indeed had our T-shirts, and when we inquired how long they had our T-shirts they said only a week. The following day we return to the shop to pick up our product, mind you we do not live in Floresville, and told the girl that because of the delay We were going to discount our bill. Needless to say the conversation went extremely south from that point. My advice to you is to never never ever do business with Mad designs."
"This place is an "A" frame unpainted wood structure which used to be a dwelling. It's unique because its old and part of history. It's now office word bound! The people are great and do good work."
