"Really disappointed. Bought the night before for pick up and there was no response from calling or checking. We needed the hat as a gift and went there at 3pm. The associate said he was doing picks and would let us know if he got to ours but gave no time-frame, didn't take our name, didn't ask what it was and didn't offer to help. The supervisor they asked just said, "We are picking orders" and walked away. Awful service. Just left the store and ordered it from someone else since they just didn't care about helping."
