"This store is a well-kept little secret! I have lived in Texas most of my adult life and only found out about them less than a year ago! I so wish I stumbled upon them sooner! The products are reasonably priced and of good quality. There is always some type of sale going on, so if u missed out on one last week, no worries, there will be another this week! Every employee I encounter is friendly and helpful to answer questions! Never had a problem returning an item!"

"How do they have so many registers and 15+ people in line but only 1 register is open. Been waiting here 20mins to return one item.. And associate #007111 was very rude. No hello or anything. I made my return and she handed me back my receipt, she said nothing. So I asked her twice if that's all she needed from me. She rolled her eyes and said "yeah"."

"Should note I tend to shop online for better selection and return in store. Love Belk for Summer clothing. Their Crown and Ivy brand is great quality and tends to have good summer styles. Sizing is all over the place. Beware they now offer tons of options through a "marketplace" and you cannot return these items to the store. I missed that tidbit from my last order. Returns are possible, but a way bigger hassle. This store tends to have one register open plus the cosmetics counter, so if they happen to be a little busy, expect a bit of wait. Good news is, there are not tons of customers when I am in (weekdays lunch and evenings). It is a very small location."
