"I went to this Ross with my little sister. We were looking for a black T-shirt for her dance recital. We found a black shirt, and we proceeded to go to the check out. When we got there was only one employee, and the line was backed up. When we made it to the front of the line, we were already about to be Late to the dancer's recital because how long the line was When we got up, to the person at the register and she was laughing and mean mugging Toward my little sister is African American so has very curly hair So the person at the register Decided to make a comments about my little sister and how her hair was a mess Then she looked at my little sister up and down proceeding to say Your parents don't seem to care enough about your hair Maybe if you had nice hair like me they would care to do your hair. I told her we're gonna be late anyways lets by the items My little sister ran to the car I dropped the item And we left the store. We didn't make it to her dance recital. And she cried the whole night talking about How she wants slick and straight hair"

"I visited the store and as I went to check out, one of the workers, Ashley, asked if I needed a bigger size. When I politely told her no she proceeded to be snarky and say “Are you sure, these clothes don’t look like they’ll fit you.” After I asked for her manager she claimed she WAS the manager. I left the store without buying anything. NEVER come here…"

"Apr 2022 Bumping this up to 4 stars. I came to find toys at marked down prices and found a lot of stuff. The store still doesn't have a lot of clothes that I like, but it's clean organized. The cashier was super friendly. 2018 - 3 stars This Ross sells a nice variety of housewares, but the men's clothing section used to have more variety and seasonal options. I can't find anything that I want. Also, the toy section isn't well organized except the separation of girls and boys toys. Other Ross stores have better organization of their toys."
