"This whole property smells like trash. The breezeways smell like trash. There is trash on the fence lines. There is trash behind the fences, by the fences, under the fences, over the fences. People's patios smell like trash. I don't blame it all on the property either. Their residents are disgusting. Empty Beer bottles are all over place. This place is complete garbage Edit: hey owner. You might also want to fix your loose and wobbly stairs. You wouldn't want to catch a lawsuit from someone falling and breaking their skull Edit #2: hey owner, why did you remove your response to me? Did i make too much sense? I'll do you a favor and upload pictures of your property on my next edit"

"Don’t waste your money here, they show you a model apartment that will look nothing like the one you will be moving into. My apartment wasn’t cleaned and sanitized , counters were disgusting. Roaches are coming out into my apartment now. The parking situation is just the worst. I’ve set up maintenance since I’ve moved here and nothing has been done. Cabinets broken, broken stove, broken dish washer it’s the worst here!!!! I got tired of telling them what’s wrong and to fix it. This place is overpriced for sure. Like I said don’t waste your money here, run and don’t look back. I regret it I’m stuck here for a damn year."
