"Linda and Company continues to be a great team and provide effective customer service! The community stays clean and is not litter with trash. The gym is spacious and the community swimming pool is beautiful. The neighbors do not cause too much trouble and seems to be a quiet place that sits next to a city park. The place also sits conveniently next to a gas station and a Starbucks for your fixings. I just made my one year anniversary here. Come check it out and be my neighbor!"

"Regret choosing to live here. Overpriced and outrageously noisy. It's been more than a month and they still haven't fixed the noisy main gate. The trash gate hasn't been fixed since we moved in months ago. Beware the neighbor's garage door is right under your bedroom in some townhouses and the horrendous garage opening sound wakes you up in the middle of the night. Can't sleep, can't work from home with all these noises! Trash gate is still not fixed, it's 12AM AND IT'S NOISY AF. Bunch of greedy price gouging thieves."

"We've lived at Orion McCord Park three years at the time of writing (Oct 2020). I've lived in rented accommodation of one kind of another for the last eleven years. I can honestly say Orion McCord Park apts is top of the list when it comes to maintenance, property management and upkeep of the neighborhood. It's a safe and quiet place to live with virtually no crime I've ever heard of, which can be a rare thing in a rental community. One thing many other reviews have not mentioned is the totally superb architectural design of the buildings. Each apartment in a block is laid out in a way which ensures totally incredible sound isolation. Unlike many other neighborhoods it is very unusual to hear any sounds at all from your neighbors such as footsteps, water running, TVs or anything at all. It's so quiet you completely forget you're living in a shared building. A very very clever design by the architects. Also worth noting is there are a good number of people living around here who have been here for a few years. I can assure you this would not be the case were it not such a great place to live. I realize you might be skeptical reading this review and thinks perhaps I'm a plant or in cahoots with the Management but I want to make it absolutely clear that I am just a regular tenant who is very happy living here. If you're thinking about moving here take a gentle stroll by the lake in the nearby park. Say hi to some of the neighbors and wave at the waggy collection of resident doggy pals in this very pet-friendly community; just take a second to stand among the Cypress trees and see that gloriously pure Texas sunshine as it filters through the branches along the little tucked-away sidewalks and landscaping. It's a great place to live...and I'm not alone in thinking that."
