"If I could give zero stars I would. The landlord Toni (ELTON JANCE) is a compulsive liar and a big harasser! Please Please do not rent from here. You will have no peace nor privacy where you pay to stay dealing with him. He will enter your apartment without notice when he knows your not home. He is very unprofessional. Visitors are not allowed. I’ve witnessed him several times flattening visitors tires that park there. This man is a straight lunatic with no heart that takes advantage of people because he is the landlord. Whatever you do PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HIM OR I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT IN THE LONG RUN."

"I have lived here for 3 years and have never had a problem. Lets just be honest if you are looking to move here it is definitely NOT for the amenities or a gym. Lets be honest we pay $900/month for 2 or 3 bedrooms. All Im saying is be fair, look at the price of apartments homes in Little Elm/Frisco and realize why we are here."

"If I could give this apartment negative stars I would. The management is the literal definition of a slumlord. I had an acquaintance living here and my few brief experiences with Tony were horrific. I witnessed him yelling at some individuals about placing trash in his dumpsters. A normal business owner would approach the situation with a little grace, but this man was a tyrant. Yelling at the individuals demanding that they vacate the premise. He was even unpleasant as we were moving the final belongings from the apartment, mind you, this was not an eviction. He was also very annoyed about a neighbors dog who entered his property, AROUND 10 pm, and as I was trying to find the home or anyone who knew of the dog, he shewed the animal away and said it was "bad" for him to have the animal roaming on his UNGATED, UNFENCED property. The apartments are not worth the money or trouble. The manager also sent what he considered an "itemized bill" for the final walk through, and every charge on there was grossly over-priced. Not to mention, the itemized bill was something it looked like he typed up on pirated version of Word and attempted to make appear legitimate. The owner/manager is not a good person and not someone that should be running a multi-residential complex. PLEASE CAUTION BEFORE RENTING FROM THIS APARTMENT."

"Reading the comments and I must say there seems to be people who are upset because either they didnt pay rent on time or left their apartments in bad shape. I stay in these apartments and the manager is very professional, shows no side of racism, if i have any problems with anything in my apartment, he is there to fix it unlike other apartments I have stayed in. Also, I have two wonderful dogs that I walk daily and if he so happens to see us walking he always greet us with treats for my dogs. These apartments are so far the best I have stayed in. We have to take into consideration when there is a small apartment complex, there's not many workers. The manager is doing a terrific job keeping the complex clean, and safe. I enjoy living here!!"

"If you have pets... DON'T MOVE HERE!THE MANAGER HIT MY DOG AND MY NEIGHBORS. The manager is only nice to you when he wants something. Otherwise he's super rude. He's racist, and he sleeps with the women that live there. No amenities. And it's super ghetto. The paint in the apartment is done sloppy, along with the bathroom. Lived here for a year and a half only to save money to buy my house. If i had to redo it I'd spend a little extra money and stay in a nicer complex with amenities."
