Lakeside Manor Senior Apartments

"I have been a tenant in Lakeside Manor for almost 4 years. Maintenance and office staff have always treated me with courtesy. There is adequate vehicle parking. Most of the tenants are friendly and helpful. Thorough renovation of the entire exterior and interior of all the apartments has existed for more than a year. This has caused interference with tenant activities. A monthly calendar of events is not always timely or complete. This caused me to give a rating of 4 stars instead of 5. Nevertheless I am glad I live here and would encourage other seniors to choose to live at Lakeside Manor."

"Still have standing water when it rains outside my front door. Shower enclosure damaged a year and a half ago, and still not fixed."

"Luckily I have found a home at Lakeside Manor. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here. The office staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well as our maintenance staff. The apartments are spacious and newly renovated. We have a beautiful new clubhouse and gym. The apartments are affordable compared to other places. If you are looking for a senior living apartment then come check us out."

"Most of the time all is well. When I moved into this apartment I started having hot water issues. More than two years later I still have issues with hot water to this day. Now, if I am having issues, so is everyone else in this building, that's 8 more residents. They evidently never complain. Me on the other hand I do."
