"One of the worst clinic I ever seen. Though I have the insurance they charged me on the counter and when I called for a refund they said 30-90days. They are unprofessional the front desk staff doesn’t know anything nor respond properly .about the insurance and she simply conveying the wrong information. I don’t recommend."
"I had a very negative experience at this location. I just moved to TX from NM and have a complicated medical history. The staff came across as very judgmental reading my medication list and my list of CO-MORBID diagnoses. I felt interrogated, judged, and berated during my visit. My NP’s tone with me improved after she spoke with the physician, for whatever reason. However, the worst part about my experience was the fact I could hear my provider and nurse speaking rudely and condescendingly about me through the walls, despite their efforts to whisper so I wouldn’t hear. As a patient, it feels absolutely awful to hear your providers whispering about your case. I told my provider about my experience directly before leaving, hoping that no one else has the experience I had today. It seems the staff needs an update on training in compassionate care. Do better."
"I visited Integra Urgent Care for the first time on Saturday, December 16th, 2023. I was just a new walk-in, BUT the staff were very friendly & made me feel comfortable. I don't like needles & they had some trouble finding a vein to withdraw some blood. In the end, though, they were successful. I got a Rx to take care of my situation & was on my way. Highly recommend ..."
"Staff very friendly and nice. I did the call ahead appt and didn't have to wait long. The doctor was very thorough and engaging. I appreciated her concerns and questions. I wanted to say thanks to the medical assistant for taking my blood pressure 3 times to be able to get a good reading. I felt better by that evening and 100% better today. I’ve gone to this walk in clinic ever since it opened. I think it’s the best one around."
