"Thank God I did not have any claims with them. It started by getting a bait and switch on my umbrella policy. He quoted me a lower price and then changed it the day I went to sign. Since I spent 8 years in insurance sales I saw this many times and somes agencies actually use it as a way to do business. But I put myself in a bind, thought I needed it and like a dummy took it. Then we get almost a 30% increase in our total bill this year with no claims. We asked to have someone in the agency to review our policies and help us, they made notes of our concerns, but we never got a call back. Except when we canceled our policies, then we started getting calls. I looked around and was able to cut my bill with State Farm almost in half with an A rated company and ended up with much better coverage. I found that if you like neighbor's that screw you over, then you will like State Farm."
