"I met some very kind baristas today at this location and had a great experience. Their names were Caleb and Jo. They were very sweet and helped me find what I needed. I got a drink and a cute ornament. If I remember correctly, Jo made the Christmas drink that I ordered. Caleb was restocking and cleaning. The store was extremely clean and well organized, it looked better than any store I’ve been into lately. I called to leave a review and “Aubrey” or “Audrey” helped me over the phone. Thank you to everyone for making my day brighter. I hope that your management can read this and know how great you all are!"
"I had left one of my groceries bags from the self check out and I’m not from town. I tried calling the Burleson target and even did it 10 times around different time frames and no answer. I ended up calling the pharmacy and they answered and I asked if I could be directed to the front office and she said they couldn’t but that she would talk to a team member about answering the phones (which is nice of her) but still didn’t work. They can’t even pick up the phones or bother to try and get into contact with me after calling them 10 times. So now I don’t know if I can get my item back and I don’t want to have to drive more than an hour and target not have my item saved or anything!"
"Not sure what was going on today but the apparel sections were very much in disarray. This didn't make me want to browse at all, not normally like this location to be so unorganized. Mind you this was only in the clothing sections; produce, toiletries, and home goods were all very tidy. And while the checkout lines were long I was helped very quickly."
"I went into Target hoping to find a super hero shirt for a girl. I found a lot of shirts that fit the bill. They not only had great characters on them, but the shirts were also very soft. The building was also very clean and the staff was very friendly."
