"Food is ok, not always hot, the staff is always friendly, service is on the slow side especially the ordering process, the person taking the order has to fill the drinks of the orders and get the finished food from the kitchen area to send out. To much for a cashier who is busy. Something always seems to not be working also."
"After several recent visits that were very disappointing, today the service and food was awesome. Not sure what's been going on lately but on 2 occasions in the last month or so, I was told they no longer have the Ghost Pepper sandwhich, though it's still on the menu. I asked the lady on the intercom first if it was still being served and she said of course! I told her what's happend before and she apologized. Also have ordered the baconator fries and have gotten little to literally ZERO cheese sauce on several occasions so I've been ordering "xtra" this was the first time I got what I would absolutely expect if not more without asking! Service was fast and friendly in spite of them being slammed so I hope the issues have been resolved and they keep up the good service!"
"I must say that the staff that work day and night shifts are awesome!!! They are so caring sweet and polite and the food always fresh!!! Usually I have to spike myself up to deal with rude staff ppl that don’t care about you or their job but here at this Wendy’s you know you are walking into a clean restaurant with smiles and greetings."
"It took 2 people to get my order because the first girl was talking so low I couldn’t hear her, but I told her I wanted a GRILLED chicken wrap, then they put a guy over the intercom which I could hear perfectly, but I proceeded to order a GRILLED chicken wrap and still got crispy! I cannot STAND crispy anything. I literally told them twice (2 different people) grilled and they still got it wrong. It ruined it for me."
"This Wendy's is a place to stop at. It was 11pm and it was still open. Great customer service, took my order and made it right away. They where really nice and didn't take long at all it was ready in 10min or maybe less. They did mess up on my burger with no cheese but the fixed it up real quick and that was really nice. Staff a 5 out 5. The place was clean and the gas station clean as well. Definitely recommend to stop by for a quick burger."
