"UPDATE: Had my follow-up scan today and Teresa was still as amazing as before. She took really good care of me. IV was a breeze! Thanks again, Teresa! Had a CT scan with contrast in this location. As someone who is afraid of needles and had pretty bad experience with IV, I was so scared for this appointment. Teresa, who assisted me is awesome! She was able to put in an IV on me, bearable pain in just a minute! Best IV experience ever! The process was very smooth and Teresa was very friendly and caring."
"Currently still waiting. Called the day before my appointment to confirm that they had the order for my scan to make sure nothing like what is currently happening, happens. They said they had the order and I just had to come in for the scan. Appointment was at 10. When I checked in they didn't have the order. Over an hour of waiting. Probably going to miss my doctor's follow-up appointment because of this. Super frustrating."
"Dalal is awesome!! My sister is has a large circumference and Dalal jumped hoops trying to get mri of complete spin. Only got neck. But she literally rearranged whole bed multiple times in attempts. Very gentle. Thank U!!"
"I had a good visit 7/24/22. Josh and the young man who worked the front desk were very welcoming. I felt like they enjoyed working in healthcare. Josh was very patient while helping me after my MRI. Both were very easy to laugh/talk with while being professional. I would recommend this office to others."
"Alisha was so nice. She greeted me when I came in. We talked while I did paperwork, then after I went back, she checked on me periodically to see how I was doing since I am seriously claustrophobic. She saw me out h was excited for me that I made it through w/o a problem w/ anxiety. The tech (Jena or Jan, something like that) was also extremely nice. She encouraged me throughout the scan after positioning me as comfortably as possible to do the MRI. She kept me informed of how much time was left and was also excited for me when I finished w/o having an anxiety attack."
