"Because of my last insurance company I ended up with a huge fine from the state that wasn't allowing me to renew my tags until it was paid. I was told I could reverse the fine if I could show proof on insurance (which I never had a lapse in coverage). To make a long story short, my last insurance company was bought out effective January 1 and the new company was "having system issues" that was affecting the payment and was threatening to cancel me when I'd had perfectly working payment method on file and I couldn't get through to speak to anyone. Fearing I'd have a gap in coverage and desperately needing to get my tags renewed I was recommended to Ryan here at Parrow Agency and he took care of everything in a matter of minutes. Not only was he able to get me full vehicle coverage for less than I was previously paying but he actually helped me clear the fine from the state that day so I could get my tags. It's such a world of a difference having actual people to talk to if there's an issue and even if they don't answer the phone you'll always get a call back if you leave a message. Thank you Ryan for all your help! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!"

"Do not use this insurance company! I spoke with Fred about an issue dealing w/my husband concerning a lease vehicle and supporting documentation showing proof that he did not have Farmers Insurance nor the vehicle in question when payments were drafted out of his check. The proof was sent to an agent named Ryan because I have a copy of the e-mail as well. Now, Fred informed me that this was not a problem and husband would be refunded by check. With the proof submitted, all they had to do was back date their documents with the Claims Processing Division showing where he transitioned to another insurance company and new vehicle & it should take 7-10 business days per Fred. However, as days went by, we didn't receive the refund that was due to us, but they sent us to collections. So now, we are disputing this. If you work at Nissan, do not use them. I would advise no one to use them because Fred lied, Ryan is a terrible agent and this is surely not a good representation of how a company should operate! We are very intelligent people and we are not going to allow someone to make us pay a debt for something you owe us money for!"
