"Need to hire more staff. Hostess working on 12/15/23 was crude and rude. Decided to close the dining room when we came in because she said she couldn't work register and wait tables. Could of at least been nice about it."
"My Pizza Hut is the best! The pizza was delicious, arrived just short of hot, and the delivery man was kind. I think he really liked his job.. It had been some time since I had ordered from Pizza Hut, but it won't be long before I order again. Two thumbs up!"
"Disappointed with the customer service I experienced as well as the app that’s associated with the store. The store was dirty and the were employees rude. The app “does not give accurate information, ever! That’s a corporate thing and we’re a franchise. It doesn’t connect to our store system at all”, was what I was told by the cashier, as he draped himself over his computer. He made this statement as if I should have known this and I was an inconvenience to his day. I will go to Pizza Inn or Dominos from now on."
"Our pizzas were absolutely disgusting and sad. We spent $30 on three pizzas and two of them belonged in the trash. One of those was supposed to be a thin crust but they gave us hand-tossed. The manager remade one bad pizza but refused to remake the other bad one (that was supposed to be a thin crust) Well it was also supposed to be edible. There was NO SAUCE on the pizza and they refused to replace it. We've gone to Pizza Hut weekly for years, but not anymore. We already put up with the price gouging and the fact that they don't know how to cut pizza. Good thing we didn't eat this one, at least we didn't have to cut that one ourselves!!! If you're making us pay for inedible food, we're not going to be paying you at all anymore."
"This place has been here since i was a kid, the store is clean the one person who works here is freiandly and helpfull, the food is not very good. The pizza seems like its been sitting awhile and i got here just after lunch. The posta is over cooked and bland. Then i noticed these time keepers on top. Its after 12pm when i was eating and most of what i ate seems to be out of time. Very disapointed and purhaps explains why the pizza did not taste fresh and the pasta seemed over cooked. My server Heaven was the best thing about the place."
