"It was a nice lunch. Salad bar was great. Love the croutons. Restaurant needs a little love. Ceiling & booths are a little rough. Bathroom was gross! Explains why it’s always empty. Trash piled up in the back. Tony was our waiter he stopped by checked on us several times. My only criticism is walked around with a toothpick hanging out of his mouth."

"We just left the restaurant and it was a bad experience. We were seated immediately by our waitress. But the people behind us, that was a different story. Most of them ending up walking out. We ordered our meals with salad bar and the salad bar was pretty much empty. The waitress did end up being us some croutons because there was none of the bar. My husband had fish and chips he said they were ok. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and had asked for no sauce but would prefer Buffalo only and no bun. The sandwich came with a honey sauce on it. I did not like it. The waitress said she would get me regular grilled chicken but by the time that was cooked my husband would have been finished eating. I understand being short handed but as a consumer, if I am spending almost $50 for lunch I would like to get my order correct."

"We ate at Ruby Tuesday on Emory Road a Few times this year. The Deconstructed Kabobs I tried and was pleasantly surprised with how good they are. Also, the Sticky Ribs are tender and yummy as well. The Entrée Addon of the Unlimited Salad Bar was perfect because there were 2 things that popped to me, which are the Peach Vinaigrette Dressing and the Flatbread Crackers, so yummy. For the Desserts, The Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet and the Ultimate Chocolate Cake were great. Their building is Wheelchair accessible, there is plenty of Parking, the atmosphere is great but the service left a lot to be desired. We went around 4pm in the afternoon, not a busy time but the waitress seemed to have more important things to do. But the Food quality was great."

"Was the worst service. Will not be back. The manager was very kind. Apologized but does not excuse the service. Was there from 6:35-8:15pm for chicken tenders, potato skins, and a burger. The potato skins were pathetic. I ordered chicken tenders with fries and got tater tots. I asked for refills on tea and never got it. Asked for a box for the potato skins that came out after the meal of over and then had to wait 20 minutes on a box and check."

"I have eaten at a lot of Ruby Tuesday's over the last 10 to 15 years. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Took us quite a while to get seated and then we ordered an appetizer and we waited trying to figure out what we were actually going to eat and the appetizer wound up coming at the same time as my 5-year-old's meal and when they brought her meal it wasn't even what we ordered. And when we finally did get our food my husband ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. It had not even one single mushroom on it. The burger was cooked to a crisp. He wanted me medium rare. I ordered a five cheese Philly steak which was only supposed to have the steak, the cheese and onions. I ordered it with no onions and it had onions, peppers and tomatoes on it. The meat was burnt to a crisp. My french fries were cold. His tater tots to my husband's meal were so crunchy he could barely eat them . It was really sad experience and I understand being shorthanded and short staffed but I really think they probably should have just closed for the day and not even been open and $52 later with a bunch of food that was hardly even edible was very disappointing"
