"Ordering food went fine but when we get to the window it was apparently clear that no one liked working there or they were under the influence of drugs.we got our order with a missing straw for one drink and completely forgot a drink in general then when I got the drive thru worker's attention it seemed as If I inconvenienced him to do his job and make sure the order is right...the worker outside smoking in front of the building seemed like he was tweaking and it was not a pleasant experience to swing by and grab a quick bite after a very long day"
"Cashier was arrogance and ride when I said that the lobby ketchup was empty she said Did you try BOTH? And when I said yes her reply was Whatever! Regular breakfast and lunch stop got me ruined immediately. I won't be back. Left and went to Cookout"
"I have always liked Wendy's it just tastes good but this particular Wendy's the staff was extra nice and polite and it the sandwiches were put together with care ."
"After waiting in line at the drive thru for nearly 15 mins tonight (12/22/23 at approx 11pm) we finally made it to the speaker only to be told "sorry we're not taking any more orders tonight because we were swamped and there is only three of us working." There were only two cars parked at the drive thru window waiting and that was it. As I drove away the woman in the window made an unfriendly gesture."
"I've updated my review, I'm not sure what has changed but this location went from 4 stars to 5. It's always been one of my favorite wendys to eat at. Sometime between April and June of 2023 I've noticed better service and more decorations inside lobby. My kids love to have a dad and daughter dinner here when my wife is out with friends. It's always fast, clean, friendly, and decorated for the season!"
