"The first time I came here was for my new Tesla since it was brand new and had a few broken things, this place took care of it. However, the second time, 2 months after buying my new Tesla, it completely stopped working and Tesla roadside assistance sent a tow truck to take my car. I was left stranded in a shopping center and this service center doesn’t respond to any phone calls and they reply days later on the service app. They told me my car was ready for pickup and then they told me nvm and now they’re telling me it’s ready again but the app says it’s not ready and I messaged and called them 10+ times with no response. I have been left without a car for two days and no response from this service center."
