"After getting my brakes replaced I had a squeal in my brake every time I reversed. They checked it out and cleaned it, but couldn’t replicate the sound and found nothing wrong, but still it continued every time I’d reverse out of my garage or a parking spot. I brought it in again and again they couldn’t replicate the sound and everything looked fine, but they went ahead and replaced the new pads free of charge to see if that would solve the problem.
