"The JcPenney is a far cry from what it used to be. Service is awful and you only get access to 2 service desks. Either you pay for your stuff in the kids department or you go to the men's department. The woman working the return desk isn't the most friendly of people, same goes for the girl who walked up to help us since the 1st employee was busy. I think the woman who helped us was a manager too which is surprising to see such behavior coming from a higher up. Could feel the attitude coming from her. Returns area is also super messy, it's a wonder how they can work amongst thr clutter. Merchandise is messy, air never works so it's hot and it smells most of the time, I assume from the employees because they're sweating the whole day. Just overall not a pleasant experience walking into that store. As soon as I go in I want to get out as quickly as possible!"

"Never in my life have I ever seen anything like this. Ordered online yesterday for same day pick up. Had to wait almost 24 hours then when I got my conformation e-mail went and picked up a box "New" that was already opened, unpackaged and reboxed. Still had the other persons label on the outside also contained a label from some other apparel or something dropped inside the box. Craziest thing I have ever seen. It's no wonder this company had to file bankruptcy lately."
