"Staff advised me that the return policy changed. Stating that no returns are made on clearance that are under tens dollars and they are final sales. So I called corporate to ask for myself and tell about my experience today. Staff member responded that it was my item not the policy. "My clothes smelled" is what the member stated the corporate. That really made not want to shop there again after today."

"Went to the store yesterday 11/12 bought for 310$ worth of clothes I am 5 months pregnant with a hip injury I needed to pee really bad. I asked the manager and she said no they don’t have public bathrooms. Told me the nearest one would be the grocery store. I went to all of the stores in that strip no one would let me but hey I was purchasing in ur store I got to the point where I could not walk anymore because my stomach was hurting me so much. I went back in asked for a refund because they were removing the tags off my clothes and had asked my husband to bring me home and then I could come back for the clothes. If I’m spending $310 at your store in one go I could’ve been able to use the bathroom. One of the workers there told me she would’ve let me go if I had asked her first. She was so sweet but I don’t think I deserves that. I spent the rest of the night in pain because I held for so long. I can’t believe this is how you guys treat ur customers (loyal customers)"

"I’ve been returning items because you can’t try clothes on during the visit. The assistant manager has a nice nasty attitude at the Cordova location and made a comment to one of the workers about me while I was at the register. I didn’t appreciate it but I laughed it off and left. I felt some type of way most of the day. Messed my day up!!!"
