Welcome to Grindstone Cowboy, a unique institution located at 115 North Main Street in Eagleville, Tennessee. We are a family-owned and operated establishment that offers a combination of a restaurant, coffee shop, bar, and music venue all under one roof. The Campbell Family opened Grindstone Cowboy in April 2022 with the goal of providing a welcoming space for the community to gather, enjoy delicious food and drinks, and listen to live music. Our hours of operation are Monday to Thursday from 7am to 4pm, with the kitchen closing at 3pm. On evenings when we have shows, we stay open until 10pm, with the kitchen closing at 7:30pm unless it's a ticketed event, in which case Tennessee Craft Butcher will be catering.
